Being a stay at home mom its easier for me to use on demand exercise videos, my treadmill, and fitness dvds. My primary goal is to tone, sculpt, and loose inches. I have alot of muscle, so I am not trying to loose muscle, but body fat. I want to be my healthy weight . .
