January Fitness Reflection

It feels great to have accomplished so much this month. I knew I didn't want it to be another resolution that ended within a week. This website has helped me so much. I've been using fitness websites for years, but found this one to offer so much more. I'm able to join challenges, keep track of my fitness and food log, and even use a journal. This month has been great. Ive exercised almost everyday this month. It wasn't easy. I had to force myself on somedays, but overall I kept myself motivated. I look forward to ending this week strong, and planning my fitness routine for February. Ive also used a christian journal "A Christian Woman's Journal to Weight Loss , by Patricia Evans. There are 52 weekly devotionals, I am on the 4th week now. I've found when I keep God in my fitness plan, I dont take it too the extreme, I have a peace of mind and balance.
