I was fortunate to be a part of an exclusive list of SparkPeople members chosen to receive and review a free copy of Coach Nicole's new 28-DAY BOOT CAMP DVD*.

I did enjoy the workouts. I found them to be extremely easy to follow and felt they were very effective and challenging.

The music was simple and rhythmic for the exercises. The set was very basic and the background trainers were great and seemed very experienced.

There was a variety of workouts to choose from and the modifications gave me the option to increase my workout or stick to the basic routine, based on my ability.

I have not, as of yet, tried the full 28-day workout plan but I did experience each of the individual sessions and was quite pleased to have the option to pick and choose which exercises I wanted to do.

I truly believe that following the 28-DAY BOOT CAMP DVD will provide great results as I am already seeing some changes in my body, just from the trial.

I would recommend this DVD to anyone looking for a basic, easy to follow workout plan that is sure to bring results in only a short period of time.
