Unless you clearly make your own. (Most don't have time) always on the go.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if Soup companies would actually make a soup that's either "No sodium added" Or herbal with little or no salt. I would buy it. Right now I cannot enjoy any of it, even the 30% less, it is still too much. Then we can add our own flavours, and limit salt, or none at all.

I love soup at this time of the year, and actually do like to make it from scratch. One of my favorites is potato leek. Oh boy! YUMMO emoticon

    I agree with you. do they not know there are other ways of making yummy soup. I just love adding veggies to almost any soup. (my FIL jokes with me that my soups are never "just soup")

    I totally agree with you on the sodium content in soups! We are trying to make our own here lately. And trying to stay out of restaurants-eating at home more. Like you said, when you don't have time it is hard to do all this cooking or making from scratch. But, it sure is worth it! Potato Leek-that does sound good! We just made potato soup a couple days ago. Then today vegetable soup! Soups are so good in the winter!! emoticon emoticon
