so last year i gave up. i was doing pretty well but i ended up hurting my ankle from exercise and i never really picked back up. i never met my goal. well since may of last year i only gained back 2 lbs. so now i'm starting over and i'm more determined. i'm tired of feeling like crap.
i'm 150 now. aiming for 135 by spring.
well today i had my first green monster smoothie! actually mine was kinda purple since i added blueberries. i think i used 3 cups spinach, 1 cup blueberries, 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup greek yogurt and 1 tbsp peanut butter. it was quite good! i think i found my new breakfast!
now, i'm about to get off my butt and work out. def can't skip day one! now if only i can get my husband to move my new stationary bike into the house!
