Saturday went well, but had a few challenges.
My husband and I went to breakfast, late for me, 11:00...but I wasn't hungry so I just had coffee beforehand. I ate one of Denny's smarter choice breakfasts "Healthy Harvest" under 550 calories...etc...I enjoyed the time with my husband, lots of good sharing and catching up, really nice to do.
Since we ate late, I wasn't ready for lunch until later, but I wanted to work out, so I had a greek yogurt and frozen raspberries and then worked out. I may have pushed my wrists a bit, but it felt great to sweat! My husband ran and then worked out too...we are such a fit and active couple!
After my workout I ate my leftover veggies in a sandwich pocket (whole grains extra fiber!). Dinner was cheese and lentil crackers (I know, right, who knew?!) and then some peaches.
My husband and I watched a movie together, which was nice. However, he got a snack and a beer...I didn't have many calories left for the day...soooo...I thought about going over...but opted to get some water with lime juice and a couple of carmel rice snacks. I stayed within my range!
I'm such a suggestible person, when I see someone eating, drinking it's like "oh that looks good!"...regardless of how I REALLY FEEL. I've even gotten a treat when I see the pop-ups here on SP for the Weight Watchers goodies etc.!!!
I'm going to teach myself to think for myself...I think this plan may be the springboard to that lesson.
