Having a bad week

Well as of tomorrow I will be up and going again with my diet and exercise. I am sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. Damn peri menopause...has made my life miserable and of those around me this last week. I really think that exercise will improve the symptoms for me, well that is what I am hoping for...

I have decided to brighten up my life starting with this page. Nice bright cheery colours from now on!

Please hot weather be kind to me, I need to do some running tomorrow and the next day, and the next day, and...38C (100.4F) great!

    Go for it! As well as being fitter I think it helps to think that you are more in control, rather than at the mercy of your body.
