January Goals:
1: Food is all tracked for this week. I did well eating, but didn't get a very good ratio. Better luck next week.
2: I am doing awesome at drinking water. I think it's the only goal that I am 100% or close to 100 on.
3: Only 3 days of running this week.
4: No days at the school, but I did run outside 2 days this week, so that has to count for something.
5: I think that Fin and I had fun together this week, but I didn't get to play a lot of games with the kids this week. I can't wait to go out sled riding with all of them. Hopefully I will be able to go skiing with the other 2 next week.
All in all, I think it was a great week. I feel like I got a lot of cardio in and only took 2 days off. Hopefully I can get all of my running and school days in next week.
