WOW, has it really been a full week? I feel awesome! I need to step up my game exercise-wise but I think I'm off to a great start at least! I've been building up what I can do, so I should be getting better from here on out.

Yesterday I didn't get to take my morning walk and all day I kept thinking about it....by afternoon I realized what a good thing that was--my missed walk wasn't constantly on my mind because I felt guilty or anything, but because dangit, I really like my walks! :D To make up for it, I took an evening one. I have to say, I might take evening walks more often! It was rather nice knowing things were cooling down rather than warming up and the lighting was sooo pretty with the tail-end of the sunset still hanging in the sky!

I also avoided a huuuge temptation last night....we went to a local cafe for dinner/faster internet (oh yay online classes) and they had suuuuch pretty rainbow sprinkle-covered doughnuts in the case! If I had had more calories left for the day I would have grabbed one....but since I didn't I resisted! :)

Lots of errands to run today, lots of reading and writing and emailing...I need to make sure I don't go overboard with food. I HAVE been pretty tempted, but I need to learn to space things out. I CAN have what I want...just not all on the same day.
