So i'm trying to run at least5 miles a week, preferably more obviously, but the fact that my mom hates it when i go outside to run, and we dont' have a treadmill anymore i figured five was a good goal, and in about a month i will definitely boost it up to ten or so! But since we are now getting winter in north dakota it kinda sucks. And really no comments about how much colder it is where you are, i live on a farm so i get all the wind cuz there isn't anything blocking it, once i get a bout 100 yrds away from my farm i'm hit full blast with all the wind! Seriously it makes the temp drop about 20 degrees. no joke!

I've also kind of been noticing slight changes in my body after starting to eat better like i will usually have a salad for lunch, but i'll prolly just have a snack today since i just ate some maltomeal my sister just made lol,

But i'm going to get on my elliptical for 15 minutes, prolly do a yoga video, go tanning :) (yes i know its bad for me so no lecturing!) and then shower and go to work! Okayy hope everyone has a great day!!
