i actually ran tdy for 8 min straight two times!!!! i am really getting into this fitness thing!!! i did wk 5 day 2 of c25k. the good thing is that i completed this program once b4 and i was running way slower than i am now. that is progress!!
i need to start back on weight lifting. i really dont think i will stick to it without a trainer or someone to do it with me. so i was thinking of starting p90x. i have jillian michaels 30 day shred. i started it, but it just isnt holding my interest. my thought is that p90x is something different every day. that might hold my interest since i will be doing something different every day. not sure. i need some opinions on this.
shld i do jillian michael first or just start with p90x?
