2012 Goals: Pray, Eat, Move!

Continue living my balanced, healthy lifestyle. It comes naturally now.
Continue Spiritual growth: Bible study/devotions/reflection/dis
Make a difference, to shine as a light of Christ, and to understand God's plan for me.
Be a more thoughtful person by: “initiating acts of love, mercy, forgiveness,
and grace.” (Stanley, Dr. Charles F. (2004-05-20). God's Way Day by Day)
Create “me-moments”. Smaller scale moments outside of my dream/vision collage.
Set personal mini-challenges for myself regularly.
Ease back into exercise including physical therapy, and increase fitness accordingly.
Continue maintenance and toning/shaping up.
Continue to check off accomplishments on my Vision Collage/Dream board, and add new ones.
Try new and different activities this year. I’m not sure exactly what yet!
Continue to improve healthy cooking at home, and experimenting with new recipes regularly.
To be a positive influence and the best person I can be.

2012 is going to be an even better, healthier year than this one. I'm looking forward to new accomplishments, adventures, and overall, an even better me!!
