I was lucky enough to be asked to write a guest post on www.runsforcookies.com

I also decided I'm going to run (or probably mostly walk) a 1/2 marathon on May 6th. The training for that will begin in 2 days. I have already signed up so there's no turning back now! I'm nervous, but feel like I'm very capable of doing this. I'm doing a Hal Higdon training plan and will be sure to post updates along the way.
