Today is a rest day, trying to prevent injury. I can sure feel my shin bones today, so I didn't go for another run today. Figured it was better to take a day off and recover.
Ate terrible choices for supper but still within my SP range. I already feel horrid, I must remember that I'm eating too much healthy foods to put my body through a round of junk food.
I'm now 5 days away from where I started giving up on my challenge last time & determined to have a different outcome. On the upside, it is supposed to warm up here next week. That always makes a workout seem less like a chore.
