I had quite a bad head cold today coupled with a snowy day outside. Instead of making these my excuses not to work out, I just left the house and went to the gym. It was a difficult spinning class but surprisingly afterwards I felt a lot better and had more energy. I really thought it would make me feel sicker but surprise! I am surprised that I didn't lay back and actually did a workout even though I thought I had a couple of very good excuses going for me. No excuses!
