I found a new app for my phone, a food log that has a bar code scanner. Super easy to use so prefer it over the spark one. I lost 2lbs so far and looking at the nutritional stat has help me focus on what missing in my diet. So hope to see more lbs off.
-I still need another 5lbs to get back to prefer holiday weight. Since it took 2 months put on the weight I know I should be patient but want the weight gone asap.
-Kick up the workouts this week and feel really sore today.
