Habit One: Add More Variety to My Meals
Today I two things for lunch that I had not had in a very long time. Does adding to mini (very mini) cheesecakes and a cream soda to your meal constitute adding variety to your diet? I did a CPR workshop today and lunch was provided. I don't feel too bad about the cheesecake but the cream soda is bugging me. I could have had water. I did eat another grapple today.
Habit Two: Exercise Earlier in the Day
I got 15 hard minutes on the treadmill in this morning before I had to go to the CPR class. I'm doing another 15 before I go home today. So not too bad in the exercise department.
New Habit Three: Better Quality Sleep
I had a good sleep again last night. I think the coffee reduction is doing the trick!
Bonus Habit Improvement: 8 Glasses a Day
So far I've only had 3 glasses of water today but I plan to address that before I got to bed tonight.
As a wind up to a pretty good week today was a little disappointing but not terrible. I just have to make sure I make good choices food and drink wise for the rest of the night.
