FRIDAY (JAN. 20) THROUGH MONDAY (JAN 23)
The BLC is in the midst of a WINTER WONDERLAND! When you get CABIN FEVER, do you find that all you want to do is EAT? Well, when we're suffering from the fever this weekend (Friday Jan. 20 through Monday Jan. 23) we will choose to EAT our way to a healthier habits!!
E - Exercise. Any and all intentional exercise counts. 10 pts for every 20 minutes. 30 pts max.
A - Add a new move. Use any resource, complete a set of a NEW to you strength exercise. 10 pts/10 pts max.
T - Track your nutrition. 10 pts for tracking ALL food. Additional 10 pts for being IN range.
BONUS: Who doesn't want to have a little FUN while snowed in to a Winter Wonderland? For every 30 points you score you can earn a bonus of 5 pts by hurling a snowball at one of the opposing teams!! (You can be as creative as you like when throwing the snowballs! A simple "SPLAT" will suffice, but some of you, i KNOW, will fancy it up...)
