So those you looked will see that, per the scale, I have lost 3 more pounds. (yay!)
I am a bit confused though, as my measurements are the same.
Exactly the same.
I am not sure how my dimensions stayed the same if I lost weight. Perhaps it was just a temporary water weight thing?
Perhaps I was bloated from drinking 40 oz of water during my kick-butt cardio session?
I suppose time will tell.
I am still kicking my butt in the gym and doing the January Jumpstart videos. Hopefully I will see more results soon!
