I feel like I have a lot more energy since I began my exercise program. My day with my food journal and the exercise is kind of like the blind leading the blind but I am going to keep muddling through. Every time I feel just the tiniest discouraged someone happens to make a comment that gets me motivated to stick with it. I know that doing something no matter how slow the progress, is by far better than doing nothing. Perhaps this time next year I will be able to look back and say I made it!
