Feeling Motivated

Feeling really Sparkie today. Something has come over me today. I am feeling very motivated. I am watching the Biggest Loser today, because I have to record it to watch it. Love the Biggest Loser show. I thank what did it is when Cassendra learned that she can do it.

Biggest loser is a huge motivator for me as well, seeing them go through all those tough workouts and pulling through! Its amazing!

    Yes, I like that show too! It's a great motivator...if they can get their booty's kicked for several hours a day...I can certainly get up off the couch for one and burn some calories!
