Happy I am Eating Healthier Snacks!

This year and since I lost the weight on SP two years ago, I am happy to say I finally have gotten much better at snacking in general { I still have the slip-up,occasionally!}~ ! My snacks consist of trying to keep the cals @ 150 or below per snack if possible!
See if you have any that match what you like to snack on~
Emerald Dark Cocoa Almonds[27 per serv.]
1/2 cup 2% Knudsen Cottage Cheese
1 cup Chocolate Cheerios with 1/2 cup Unsweetened Silk Soy Almond Milk
Veggies with lowfat ~2 tbsp ~fat free dressing for dip {if I need a dip}
Any Fruits
Dried Plums{prunes] ~from Mariani Company 5 per serv.
Trader Joes's Mocha or Chocolate Yogurt
