Haven't been blogging or being on sparkpeople as much as I would have liked but that changed a couple of weeks ago. I was gaining too much weight. Weight that I know was not only baby weight. Having my BP a little high at my last doctor's appointment was a huge wake up call for me. For the past two weeks I have been eating healthy and exercising. I have been eating tons of fruits, vegetables and whole grains. I also have been walking a lot and doing prenatal DVDs. I have so much energy now and feel good that I am living this lifestyle for me and my baby. I want her to be a healthy baby, kid and adult.
Also finished my babys heirloom blanket. Took me a while to complete and my hands cramped up at times from the tiny needle and thread but it will be all worth it when she comes home wrapped around in it :)
