Friday is here again. The weekend brings relaxation and fun, but also temptations not present during the structured workweek. So therefore with fortitude I am setting some goals just for the weekend to help me keep focused on the goal.
1. Workout today, Saturday, and Sunday
2. Attend Yoga class on Sunday
2. Drink 8 glasses of water each day
3. One glass of wine on Friday and Saturday and no more.
4. Make an entry in my gratitude journal each day
5. If eating out, make healthy choices
6. Stay positive and mindful each moment
One day at a time, consistency, and gratitude!!!
