My hubby should be home in 6 weeks. And I am still up 6 lbs from when he left, thanks to Christmas and eating my feelings. Yikes! And being sick for 3 weeks - which I still am - has left me with no energy and made me very lazy! Bad juju!
So...6 Week Challange!
Today marks day one and my goal is to walk 6 miles today since I'll be working all day.
Tomorrow is the Diva Dash! It's a 3mile obstacle course race and even though I'm waaaay out of shape, I'm super excited!
And starting Sunday, I'll be doing Bikram Yoga again daily! Thank God! I need that more than just about anything else, I swear!
I also have a one-month pass to a gym that I'll use for group classes.
My goal is simple: lose as much fat as possible in the next 6 weeks. I have a weight-loss goal in mind, but more important to me is working on losing belly fat! And staying committed so that when hubby comes home, he and I can continue getting fit and healthy together!
