Back to work

Friday, January 20, 2012

Well, I went back to work today. Felt a bit puny, but no pain and breathing fine. Made it through the day, even walked at lunch. Though I have to be honest that I am glad that next week's challenge is alot easier for me-I never use added salt! And the blessing that came from being sick this week is that my friend, Heidi, gave me an herb that I thought they had taken off the market. I used to take Kan Jang, then they changed the name to Kold Kare, then the last time I tried to buy it; they said that they no longer sold it. My friend does online shopping all the time. She has a virtual health food store and pharmacy in her apartment. Among the remedies she brought me was Kold Kare, and within 20 minutes of taking it, I could breathe! I now know where to buy it in the future, and I am well. (I also took the antibiotic the doctor prescribed, but that was after the herbs and after I was already breathing)

It's good to read that you are back to work, and that everything seems to be helping you. I do believe in homeopathy, and that the antibiotic will help knock out the virus. I sometimes did acupuncture for sinusitis, along with antibiotic and that worked well too.

How great that you "discovered" Kold Kare! I'm so glad that worked, along with the antibiotic. I guess being in a foreign country when you're sick doesn't help matters, either!

Now that sounds like some pretty cool, cold kicking stuff. What a blessing that God delivered it to your door. Hope you are up and around and enjoying the weekend.

I haven't had the time to look for the cold care online yet, but will. I noticed that I am feeling almost 100% after only 1 day and a half of my antibiotics so I think the homeopathic help us heal quicker! Glad you are better and your friend helped you out! Friends are wonderful! Take care!
