After only three days of work this week, in which two of them were dedicated to parent teacher conferences a 13 hr day, I am ready to tackle running this week. I have to make up the one day lost and then my long run is 7 miles this week. I have finally started to lose weight. It has always been a "goal" but for the first time I am actually doing it. It hasn't been hard, I have just stopped eating the junk. Once I realized how bad some of things I ate daily or drank daily were for me I thought they weren't worth it. I have these next three days off and I feel relaxed, especially since I don't have major grading to do.

Weight goal for next week, 146, currently at 147.6 ( I'm actually ahead of schedule)
