No Dairy/No Spending Days 15 & 16

The past couple days I've been focusing on using what I already have in the kitchen, instead of searching for new recipes. That has worked out well for me, as I'll think to myself that I will just go run to the grocery store and grab a couple items - but shouldn't I finish what I already have first??? Yet another luxury that I just take for granted...
My biggest focus has been on trying to eat more fruits and veggies. It's so easy for me to go a day without eating any if I'm not consciously thinking about it, and I want to change that. I want it to feel weird NOT to. I'm getting there!
Yesterday I had a 9 hr shift at BN and luckily it was black bean soup day! I also discovered that our bagels are dairy free (high calorie though...). But a cup of soup with a multigrain bagel was a good filling meal for under $3 (and I still have my BN gift card!)
