Day 19 January Jumpstart

Today did not go as planned at all.
I planned on exercising and drinking my water but the day went by so fast. I almost forgot to get my blood tested which is a regular thing because I am on blood thinners. I cooked Chinese Orange Chicken from the Spark recipes and it is amazing. It was so good that I thought I had to have gone over my calories today but when I added everything up I was still within target.
I spent the morning cooking and mostly deboning the chicken but I cook in large batches always because I just don't have the time to cook on a regular basis. I find it makes this doable, otherwise it would be fast food and unhealthy meals all the way. That's what got me here in the first place. Anyway, time passed and there is nothing I can do about it now. I have to get some school work done tonight as I didn't do any of it today.
Yesterday I felt horrible in the morning but got a great workout on the treadmill. I was able to get on a new one and could put in my weight and age and it checks your heart rate. The old ones are supposed to but the heart rate measuring thing doesn't work. I find I don't go nearly as fast but still get a great workout and can last longer. My water bottle broke when I dropped it in the parking lot. I'm glad it was my water bottle and not my phone or laptop. I bought a better one at the book store with the university logo. Now at least I show school spirit. LOL.
Tomorrow I really need to get some school work done right away and then need to get my workout done. Time goes way too fast.
