I have been doing so very good at watching what I eat and I have seen the results.
I now am going to a dinner party where I know there will be fabulous foods and wine and plenty of it.
I have cut wheat and sugar out of my diet and am very nervous that I will be put in a position of offending the hostess by not eating.
Does anybody have any advice on how to deal with not coming off as rude by choosing not to eat? I don't want to just push food around my plate since I don't believe in purposely wasting food.
