Day 4 and new foods

So on day 4 of the 30 day shred . Had so much energy after doing the 20 min. level 1 I did 20 min. level 2 as well !!! WOO HOO! I feel great . Went to my first zumba class last night ... I loved it!! I recommend anyone and everyone to try it , so fun!! So figs not my cup of tea either they can go in the trash with the plain yogurt lol Also tried an avocado with some garlic, lemon and a tablespoon of salsa and put it on my steamed atlantic salmon and wow was that was delicious! All though I tried the avocado plain and yep kinda gross but mixed awesome. Anyone that has a favorite, kind of unique food feel free to let me know . I will try anything once lol. Tomorrow star fruit.... Hope all sparklers are having a fantastic Thursday

    I LOVE ZUmba too! I have both Zumbas for the wii and also attended a class in the beginning of january. I bought a fitness pass so i can go to almost any class anytime as a drop in which i plan on doing next month since january is so packed with lots of fitness already! I like avocado in sushi and also when i eat it "plain" I put garlic powder on it and a little sea salt and that amps up the flavour. I also make my own guacamole from time to time. Keep up the good work with your workouts and trying new foods! One day i shall adventure into trying more new foods too.
