don't wanna go. tonight is my favorite instructor and i WILL go. but i got to sleep very late last night, and haven't consumed much caffeine, so i don't have the energy spurt i usually do. should i eat my bagel before i go? i don't know if eating carbs is a good idea before a moderately intense (for me LOL) 1 hour routine.
