Been on & off the fitness/health wagon since last blog...mostly off. Still having peri-menopause symptoms/issues. I gain 15 or 20 pounds then lose 10 or 15, not doing anything different, seems to be hormonal. Got to my worst weight ever, 162 lbs, and biggest waist size 35"--officially bad!, now down around 155 and 34" but it takes a LOT of work. Exercising 5 mornings every week, getting in 2 mile walk last two weekends in a row. I would love to get back to jogging and doing 5k road races but it seems like an impossibility. My heel keeps hurting, plantar facitis or something. Sometimes it hurts in the morning when i first wake up, other days it aches awful when i'm just sitting at home or at my desk at work.
