On track so far. Walked for 20 minutes and plan to walk another 20 on my way home tonight. I could take the subway, but I have to get some exercise in somehow today, so I won't take the train and walk home instead. Meeting up with a few friends tonight to eat fondue, this definitely a major indulgence, but I'm restricting myself throughout the day in order to make room for the calories.
