On track so far. Walked for 20 minutes and plan to walk another 20 on my way home tonight. I could take the subway, but I have to get some exercise in somehow today, so I won't take the train and walk home instead. Meeting up with a few friends tonight to eat fondue, this definitely a major indulgence, but I'm restricting myself throughout the day in order to make room for the calories.

    You inspired me with the fondue! I am going to do it over weekend too! Of course it is not something we can do every day, but with moderation it will be ok! emoticon

    Great way to get in exercise by walking to and from work! I have about a 15 min walk to work, but don't like to walk in the winter. Sounds like you have a plan for dinner, too-just don't arrive too hungry! Hope you have fun with your friends tonight. You are fitting healthy choices into your lifestyle and that will bring success!
