Well mostly stayed on track again. Went to to gym and used the rowing machine for 30 minutes. I tried to push it a bit hard so I would burn some extra calories. Then when I got home I cooked up a frenzy. I made a low cal crust less spinache mushroom quiche and big pot of tomato vegetable soup with tofu, for the amount of calories it sure is filling. Anyhow goodnight all.
