January 18: Day 136 of the 10+ Minute Fitness Challenge

I did 40 minutes of fitness today.
Today's highlight was doing weights and stretching while watching college basketball with my son (he's bouncing on the mini-trampoline next to me now).

Title: 1 year Sparkiversary!!
Message: 1 year ago I signed up with Sparkpeople! I had started on my weight loss path and had lost 10 pounds before signing up. Then with the help of Sparkpeople I have continued to loose and have lost close to 39 pounds!! I still have 25 (or more!) to go and know that I can get there using Sparkpeople!
