Middle of March

Well, now it's the middle of march and it's time to look back and see if I have made any progress? Well, I have lost weight, though not as much as I really wanted to or could have.... I think that if I really look back I could have done better. I could have taken more time on the stretching, not my favorite thing, and could of even spent more time on the cardio workouts..... On that subject, I think in the future I will try and add more effort into my workouts...... I have, however, on the most part have been pretty good at keeping inside of my calorie range, logging everything from calories, goals, etc. I really think that is what really changed some "old habits" being able to see in black and white what I use to inhale on a regular basis and how little I did as far as an active lifestyle goes.. So now I feel it is time to reexamine my goals, tweek my exercise program to be alittle more agressive and active and maybe up the minutes on the calorie burning. Also, spend more time on the stretching. Always room for improvement....... I do have to say though that I have been very consistent which is a word that really has never been a part of in my life, so that's positive!!!

    Ummmmm! Could you give me more info to help you, lol. I am glad you are staying inside your cals. I have been struggling in that area. I just love to eat!
