It's been a long , long time since I've written down anything. If you don't wrote thongs down,
And track your food it's much easier to slip up. The holidays are rough for me & I do lots of baking. I gained 10-14 pounds over the last month or two. I started eating chocolate especially. I'm trying to get back on track. I'm especially trying to stop eating at night when I'm craving sweets. I'm getting back on track. I'm drinking more water like I used to, and trying to get my passion back for exercise. I has a really bad nail infection, so I didn't exercise for nearly a week. But I'm back now & hopefully I can get back to where I wanna be.
