Yesterday was a challenge! Made it through Day #3. Ended up within the recommended calorie range. Need less sodium and more protein. This is fun! See you tomorrow!

    Good for you - I take protein to snack on at work - things like cottage cheese ,hummus, 3 0z of chicken breast or hard boiled eggs - a real easy way to add protein to your day! Keep up the good work !! emoticon emoticon emoticon Peggy
