Humpday Habit Update
Habit One: Add More Variety to My Meals
Today I planned my meals in advance and included a new fruit. I bought some grapples last night. They are apples that taste like a grape. I like them but they are not cheap. It cost $4.99 for four.
Habit Two: Exercise Earlier in the Day
I had no preps this morning but I plan to make good use of my afternoon one.
New Habit Three: Better Quality Sleep
I had a late game last night but I still managed to get 7 almost uninterrupted sleep and woke up refreshed.
Bonus Habit Improvement: 8 Glasses a Day
I am 2/3 of the way through my water consumption and it is only lunchtime!
I have made some progress toward practicing healthy habits daily. I just have to keep at it.
