TNT Challenge (Tone and Tighten) DECK OF CARDS

This is a Thursday challenge sent to my Biggest Loser Challenge 18 team by the team captian, Paula, FTLSWEETIE. She is always working towards fun and effecient challenges to keep us interested. THANKS PAULA!!!

Panthers invited teams to join them in the TNT this week. We will be doing the Deck of Cards challenge since we are snowed in! What better way to pass the time? Playing Cards!!!
Deck of Cards Challenge
This is a great way to work your whole body and all you need is a deck of cards. Each suit is assigned to a specific type of exercise:
Hearts = core
Spades = lower body
Diamonds = cardio
Clubs = upper body
The number on the card is the number of reps you will do X (times) ten.
Jacks = 110, Queens = 120, Kings = 130 and Aces = 150 Jokers are wild 150 of whatever you choose.
There are many variations. If you get a high card such as a queen of hearts- you may break up the type of core exercises you do. You could do 20 crunches, 20 hip bridges and so on until you get to 130. A 2 of spades might be 20 squats.
The randomness is part of the fun! Hoping for a small card and then getting a king! Hoping that after pumping out that king, you draw a 2 of hearts! Please complete as many cards as you can, no need to track reps. You will put the number of cards you complete in the team tracking thread by 9pm EST Friday. BTW, if you are too busy to do this tomorrow, you can get it in today!!!
