No food posts to blog about because I didn't record my food. I did well Saturday and Sunday until I ate some potato chips. Then the next day I nibbled on chocolate and then yesterday I drank a beer. UGH! Last night I had serious stomach pains and gas and because I was off my game, I have no idea which foods upset my delicate balance.
So Monday I start again, Day 1 of the 28 Day Detox and Elimination Diet. I won't go crazy between now and then, I'll still eat lentils and rice and no "no-no" foods and drink my green smoothies.
