Day 100 was a good one!!!
1) I drank 9 glasses of water.
2) I did 22 minutes on the elliptical followed by about 20 minute of ST over lunch and another 60 minutes at Zumba.
3) I tracked my food. It wasn't pretty but I tracked it.
It was so fantastic to get back to Zumba last night! I didn't realize JUST how much I missed it until we were doing the warm up song and my butt and gut were jiggling like you wouldn't believe!! It was pretty pathetic but I felt great afterwards!!!
My tentative plan for today was to run for 30 minutes and do a 10 minute core workout but I'm not sure that will workout well!!! I'm stiff today. Not sure if that's from the class or what but either way I will do the treadmill for 30 minutes and it might be running, incline walking or just plain walking. I'll follow that up with a new 10 minute core workout.
Boat pose crunches (30 seconds)
Modified side plank lifts (30 seconds each side)
Back extentions on ball (30 seconds)
Repeat for a total of 10 minutes. We'll see how that works out!! I'm sore throughout my core too!!
Food today isn't looking great. I drank 2 glasses of water before getting ready today so that was good. But then I absentmindedly threw an english muffin in the toaster and slapped on PB&J without thinking about the rest of the day. Not bad in and of itself but I'm trying to get ride of some leftover penne with red meat sauce which I packed for lunch along with an apple. I also brought a Chobani and granola for a morning snack. I know that I'll likely have dessert so including that I'm at 1,381 calories without including dinner!! My range is 1,530 - 1,880 so I still have 499 before I hit the max but after going 308 calories over yesterday I would've liked to go a little more towards the lower end today. Looks like I'll be doing a big chicken salad for dinner!!
