I have jumped in so many times with my mighty to do list. I have set schedules, made routines and a whole variety of wonderful things to help me be a new, refreshed, organized ..... person. Well, I am lucky if I make it an entire week before I abandon the whole thing. So, this time around I am going to focus on one thing at a time until it becomes a habit then, I will add another.
About three weeks ago, I started meditating when I got up in the morning. I realized today that it is now a habit ... It didn't even occur to me not to meditate this morning.
Now it is time to start thinking about what my next new habit will be. As it is something that will be with me for a very long time, I need to give it careful thought so... I am off to think now. Enjoy your day.
