I was not in the mood to workout today. I should know that every time I take more than 1 day off at a time, it is a struggle getting back into working out. Luckily, I was able to get the kids down for a nap at the same time this afternoon. I was thinking I would just throw in a Walk Away the Pounds DVD, but something possessed me to put this DVD in instead:

There are two workouts on this one, but I did the easier one--which was HARD! It was 45 minutes--5 minutes of cardio followed by 5 minutes of of strength training. The moves are not complicated--and the cardio is all low-impact until the last cardio section, when there is an option for some higher impact moves. The strength training moves, again, are hard but not complicated.
This was a FABULOUS workout! I think I'll try and do this 2-3 times a week for the next month or so and then try and move up to the harder workout. So, if you are looking for a good DVD, look into the Chris Freytag ones.
