I got the new DVD & started today. I was a little klutzy doing the grapevines & the feet for the punching sequence. (Good thing nobody could see me other than my dogs..lol) I'm confident it will be better with practice. I love the interaction for the workout calendar. I printed out the calendar to check off each day's workout.
I've been really faithful of getting in exercise every day. We started a wellness challenge at work (in addition to the Biggest Loser contest). We have to doTWO 10 minute periods of activity each day..either during breaks or lunch. This challenge ends on March 2nd (same as BL) & have a chance to win gift cards from WalMart. I have been doing the treadmill or stationary bike....going to work up to the elliptical.
Looking forward to DAY 2 workout!!!
