This will be REALLY brief.
Although a month ago, my running yesterday would have left me much MORE tired...progress...
Today I got home from youth choir and did a fast 1.5 mile walk and followed that up with 14 minutes more walking, unmeasured.
I visited my two neighbors for the first time in two days - one is beginning radiation soon for stage 4 cancer and I really wanted to see her and find out how she is doing.
After fixing dinner, I was tired...but I did get in a 7-minute arms video with Coach Nicole. Somehow I didn't have what it took to do more cardio.
But as instructed by the January Jumpstart challenge, I have eaten LOTS of fruits and veggies today!
So...on the whole, not bad!

oh my gosh - exercise, and more exercise, plus nutritious food, plus working with kids, plus being the best kind of neighbor - not bad? I disagree. Quite good if you ask me (which, of course, you did not, but that does not often stop me emoticon ). I hope you have a wonderful, well deserved night of sleep. emoticon

This sounds like "good tired." At least it's not like what I was feeling: existentially tired. You're doing great!!!
