My motivation... 3 Weddings - June, September & October

2012 and still working on losing weight...
Well, I am not going to obsess about that. It is a work in progress. One that I am determined to finish. Anyway, I have 3 weddings to attend this year. One in June, September and October. I figure that I can set goals and meet them for those months.
June 2nd - 4.5 months away. Goal be down minimum of 20 lbs. I have started taking Zumba classes, and I am loving them. I have also gotten a free 2nd-hand treadmill that I am using. My goal is to walk 20 minutes before work and 20 minutes after at least 4 days out of the week. Zumba is an hour long class on Thursday nights.
September 2nd - to lose an additional 15 lbs.
October 2nd - to lose 5 more lbs.
I may not be at my goal weight by the October wedding, but I will be close. And yeah! If I lose more then, that's even better.
I have not yet conquered my eating habits. I am still working on not being an emotional eater. I am hoping that I will jump on the treadmill instead of eating. I am keeping more fruit and fewer chips and cookies in the house. I just can not be hungry. I know I just have to burn more calories than I take in. The more I exercise the better my food choices seem to be.
Anyone know a good substitute for cream in coffee. I am trying to put a 4 ounces of 1% milk and 2 tablespoons of flavored creamer in 6 ounces of coffee with no sugar. So far I am adjusting to the taste. I would prefer 4 tablespoons of flavored creamer and no 1% milk and no sugar. I'm open for suggestions...
