My family and i are doing a challenge to help us all loose weight . We are going to be
competing until April of this year and every two weeks until april we are going to be logging in
the weight we have lost and (hopefully not!) gain. The winnner( who looses the most weight
or gets near his or her weight goal) wil win a certain amount of money that we all chip in . (
ten bucks a month) which gives motivation! I just wanted to share because I personally think
it is a great way for the family to get in shape and to have fun. We have done this before..(and
i won by loosing 15 lbs. ) This year i plan to loose 15lbs and more . Even if i dont win i will still work on it .
