Well had my date with the scales today... I've lost another 2lbs so far this week! I was worried that I hadn't lost anything but was glad that I had.
I have had a learning curve this week too, I didn't think I was eating enough protein and thanks to the message board, Beki looked at my tracker and noticed a lot of the food I had entered only had cals attached to them (thanks to everyone that replied) so I'm checking that what I enter in to my tracker has more info about them.
